Fees

Generally sessions are held weekly, on the same day and at the same time.

My fee is £60 for a 50 minute session for individuals.

For couples, the fee is £80 for a 60 minute session.

Webchat sessions and weekly emails are charged at £50.

While I am completing my training, I can offer EMDR sessions at the reduced rate of £40.

However I would not want difficult financial situations to be a barrier to accessing therapy. I have some reduced rates for those on a low income or students, or I can refer you to organisations that may be able to help.

I am a recognised provider for various health insurance companies including AXA, Aviva and Vitality.
